Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026.
WarmPath is a private tool for finding warm introductions inside a team. By creating an account you agree to the following.
Your account
- You connect only mailboxes and calendars you are entitled to connect, and upload only LinkedIn exports of your own account or ones you have been given permission to upload.
- You are responsible for what you share with your workspace, and for the intro requests you send.
- An administrator may set up a guest account on someone's behalf with that person's permission; the guest can take over, change or remove it at any time.
What WarmPath does with your data
Exactly what the privacy policy says, and nothing else. Your data is yours: you can export what is stored about you, exclude anyone, pause sharing, disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use WarmPath to ask people you know for introductions, in the way you would in person. Do not use it to harvest contacts, to send bulk outreach, or to build lists for resale.
- Do not connect an account that belongs to someone else, or attempt to see another person's network beyond what they have chosen to share with you.
The service
WarmPath is provided as is, in private testing, without warranty. Relationship scores are estimates from interaction patterns and can be wrong; use your judgement before you ask for an intro. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice before shutting the service down so you can export your data.
